EEC 30-Day Performance Support Program: Transitions
The goal was to design a blended learning solution that enables new Lead Teachers to confidently implement effective classroom transition strategies within their first 30 days, reducing the need for re-coaching while improving classroom consistency and teacher confidence.
After the initial analysis and text-based design documents were created, the entire course was built using AI (Claude Design). Course mimics the look of Storyline, with complete functionality, audio, branching menus, and animations. Course scoped at Level 1.
