Overview
This project demonstrates how I use AI strategically to design emotionally intelligent, realistic learning experiences. The goal was to create a branching scenario that helps leaders navigate conflict in remote teams — a challenge that requires nuance, empathy, and strong communication skills. AI accelerated ideation and asset creation, but the instructional value came from human refinement. I made deliberate choices about:

* Which to rewrite
* How to ensure accuracy
* How to maintain empathy and nuance
* How to align everything to learning outcomes

Project Details
