HIPAA Compliance Training: Team Project

Overview: This project was completed in collaboration with my team of other instructional designers. The challenge was to create a complete HIPAA compliance training program for the medical staff at the fictional organization Astronomika Propulsion. 

Solution: We used a Project Management workflow spreadsheet to stay organized and met collaboratively for several weeks. The team moved through the entire workflow process, using ADDIE, met with SMEs, creating terminal and enabling learning objectives, a needs analysis, design documents and scripts. The team then developed storyboards, rapid prototypes and final deliverables in an agile and iterative process.
