Jenny is a dynamic learning experience designer, with almost 20 years experience in both the corporate and educational setting.
She enjoys being part of a collaborative team to analyze learning and performance gaps, and then transform that data into an interactive product that produces measurable results.
What she brings to the table!
Jenny designs and develops interactive, user-centered eLearning that transforms peoples lives! She creates learning experience solutions that increase adult learners' knowledge and skills and provide opportunities to close performance gaps. She believes that learning experience design should be engaging and interactive, with a foundation in the principles of how adults learn in regard to cognitive load theory and multi-media principles of design.
Experienced
Jenny has a strong background in learning experience design.
-She currently works as a learning experience designer and creates custom learning experiences for clients all over the world through ELBLearning.
-Prior to this, she was an instructor and professional development coordinator through PFSD.
-She was a senior instructional designer for The Backup, where she created eLearning courses for law enforcement and educators.
-And before this she created instructional courses for the military when she served in the Air Force.

Jenny has excellent communication and technology skills and a track record of achieving exceptional results in instructional/elearning design and stakeholder relationships.

Jenny loves being an elearning designer because it allows her the opportunity to spread her creative wings and work on projects that provide stimulating challenges.
