A bit about me.
I believe the best learning experiences start with curiosity. Whether I'm partnering with stakeholders to solve a business challenge or designing an engaging learning experience, my goal is always the same: create solutions that make a meaningful difference for the people they're designed to support.
Educator. Learning Strategist. Problem Solver.
After more than 15 years in education and another decade leading learning initiatives across global organizations, I've learned that great learning isn't about delivering information—it's about changing behavior. I partner with leaders to understand performance challenges, uncover root causes, and design learning solutions that are engaging, measurable, and aligned with business goals. From onboarding and leadership development to compliance, systems training, and change management, I enjoy transforming complex ideas into experiences that are practical, memorable, and easy to apply.
Beyond the Office
Some of my best thinking doesn't happen at my desk—it happens on a trail, in the mountains, or somewhere miles down a dirt road. I love exploring places that challenge my perspective and remind me there's always another path to discover.
That same curiosity fuels my work. I ask questions, embrace new ideas, and believe the best solutions come from exploring possibilities rather than settling for the obvious answer.
Staying Grounded
Working with horses has taught me lessons that carry into every professional relationship: patience, trust, consistency, and clear communication.
The strongest partnerships—whether with clients, stakeholders, or teammates—are built by listening first, earning trust, and adapting your approach to meet people where they are.
Always Ready for the Next Adventure
Whether I'm loading up my truck for a weekend adventure or tackling a complex learning challenge, I enjoy figuring out how to get from where we are to where we want to be. Both require preparation, flexibility, and a willingness to take the road less traveled.
