Articulate Storyline

This course was a project, co-authored with Alex Salas, titled Customer Service Best Practices. I began the project by analyzing the needs of the company (fictional) and creating learning objectives with a needs analysis document.

I then created a design document to layout the entire course. I used this frequently in the creation of the course to ensure I was meeting the learning objectives and course goals.  

Finally I published the course publicly using an LMS.
